Why I made it

I built the tool I kept wishing I had.

I'll be honest: I'm a little OCD when it comes to being organized. In my business and at home, I like everything to have its place. It makes life simple, easy and so much less stressful.

But my content never had a home. As a mom who loves making content, I was losing so much time looking for it. My captions were in one app, my reels were buried in my camera roll, and my phone was always full.

So I made The Content Board: one simple place where everything I make is saved, organized by day and ready to copy and post. Now I open it, see what's going up today, and I'm done in minutes. I hope it gives you that same calm.

Will it post for me?

No. The Content Board keeps everything organized and ready, and you post it yourself. Tap copy, save or share your files, and paste into the app. That keeps your accounts safe and fully in your control.

Do I need Google Drive?

No, but it's recommended. Without it, your content saves in the browser on the device you use. If you connect your free Google account, your photos and videos are saved to your own Google Drive instead, so they don't take up space on your phone and they show up on all your devices.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It works on iPhone, Android, tablets and computers. Open your link in Safari or Chrome and add it to your home screen so it's one tap away.

Can I save it like an app on my phone?

Yes, and there's nothing to download from the app store. On iPhone, open thecontentboard.com in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then "Add to Home screen." It gets its own icon and opens with one tap, just like an app.

Which platforms can I plan for?

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Threads. You can mark more than one platform on each post.

Is my content private?

Yes. Your content lives in your own browser and your own Google Drive. I can't see it, and the app can only open the files it saves for you, nothing else in your Drive.

How does the membership work?

How do I get it after I buy?
